RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS REGARDING PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSHOP SERVICE

Within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the date of delivery of a product, the Registered User is entitled to file a complaint concerning the product purchased or to return a product, if at the time of takeover of the product he establishes defects on the product or if the delivered product is not functional. Based on a request for return or replacement, SH&CH WORLD d.o.o. shall refund the amount paid to the account of the Registered User stated in the request, or replace the product with a new one within 30 (thirty) days of the date of receipt of a returned product to the address stated on the complaint form.

The Registered User shall announce the return of products purchased in the complaint form after access to the WEBSHOP Service by using his user name and password, entering his personal data and other data connected with the purchase.

Delivered products shall be returned by delivery to the address Registered User stated in the complaint form. The cost of returning a product is borne by the Registered User.

The Registered User is obliged to return the product delivered in the condition in which it was delivered (unworn) and in its original packaging (commercial packaging in which the product was delivered) with enclosed invoice.

If it is established beyond doubt that a complaint regarding a particular product is not justified or that the defects occurred as the result of inadequate handling or use, SH&CH WORLD d.o.o. is not obliged to make a refund or provide a replacement. The product returned under complaint shall be returned to the Buyer at his/her cost, with a written statement of reasons for denial of the request for return or replacement.

If the request for a refund or replacement is justified, the cost of redelivering the product shall be borne by SH&CH WORLD d.o.o.

If a mistake should occur during the packing of ordered products and the Buyer does not receive the product he/she ordered, but some other product, he/she shall report the mistake by using the complaint form within 7 (seven) business days. In such case, the User must return the product which was wrongly delivered at the cost of SH&CH WORLD d.o.o., which undertakes to deliver the ordered product or make a refund (in line with the request of the User) within 15 (fifteen) days of the day on which the wrong article was received.

If the User does not receive the product he ordered and paid for, he shall report it within 7 (seven) calendar days of the expected arrival of the ordered product in the complaint form or through contacts published on the Website. SH&CH WORLD d.o.o. shall establish within the said term what happened to the parcel referred to in the complaint, and inform the User of actions taken further to the complaint.

SH&CH WORLD doo will be responsible for paying for returning your item. Please use the DHL form received with your shipment for your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

12. POVRAT I REKLAMACIJA KUPLJENIH PROIZVODA PUTEM WEBSHOP USLUGE

12.1 Registrirani korisnik ima pravo u roku od 14 (četrnaest) radnih dana od dana primitka proizvoda na reklamaciju kupljenog proizvoda ili povrat proizvoda ukoliko prilikom preuzimanja robe uoči nedostatke na proizvodima Ili se predomisli za kupnju ili su dostavljeni proizvodi neispravni. SH&CH WORLD d.o.o. će, na osnovu zahtjeva za povrat ili zamjenu, registriranom korisniku vratiti sredstva na račun koji je korisnik naveo u samom zahtjevu ili zamijeniti proizvod s novim u roku 30 (trideset) dana od datuma primitka vraćenog proizvoda na adresu navedenu na obrascu za reklamaciju.

12.2 Registrirani korisnik je dužan najaviti povrat kupljenih proizvoda putem obrasca za reklamaciju nakon pristupa WEBSHOP usluzi, koristeći korisničko ime i lozinku, unosom osobnih podataka i ostalih podataka vezanih uz kupnju.

Povrat dostavljenih proizvoda vrši se dostavom na adresu o kojoj je registrirani korisnik obaviješten na obrascu za reklamaciju. Troškove povrata proizvoda snosi registrirani korisnik.

Registrirani korisnik je obvezan dostavljene proizvode vratiti u stanju u kojem su mu dostavljeni (nenošeni) i u originalnom pakiranju (trgovačko pakiranje u kojem je roba i dostavljena) uz priložen račun.

Ukoliko se nedvojbeno utvrdi da je reklamacija na proizvod neopravdana ili da je do neispravnosti naručenog proizvoda došlo zbog neadekvatnog rukovanja ili uporabe, tada SH&CH WORLD d.o.o. nije dužna izvršiti povrat novca ili dostaviti zamjenski proizvod. Reklamirani proizvod bit će vraćen kupcu o njegovom trošku uz pisano objašnjenje razloga neprihvaćanja zahtjeva za povratom ili zamjenom.

Ukoliko je zahtjev za povratom novca ili zamjenom opravdan, SH&CH WORLD d.o.o. će snosititrošak ponovnog slanja proizvoda.

Ukoliko je došlo do pogreške prilikom pakiranja naručenih proizvoda te kupac nije dobio naručeni proizvod već neki drugi, dužan je navedeno prijaviti putem obrasca za reklamaciju u roku od 7 (sedam) radnih dana. U tom slučaju, korisnik vraća krivo isporučen proizvod na trošak SH&CH WORLD d.o.o. koja se prema zahtjevu korisnika obvezuje isporučiti naručeni proizvod ili izvršiti povrat novca u roku od 15 (petnaest) dana od dana kada je zaprimila krivo isporučeni proizvod.

Ukoliko korisnik nije dobio naručeni i plaćeni proizvod, dužan je to prijaviti u roku od 7 (sedam) radnih dana od dana predviđenog za isporuku proizvoda i to putem obrasca za reklamaciju ili putem kontakata objavljenih na web stranici. SH&CH WORLD d.o.o. je u tom roku dužan utvrditi što se dogodilo sa reklamiranom pošiljkom, te korisnika obavijestiti o daljnjem rješavanju reklamacije.
